This versatile seasoning blend makes meal prep a breeze. I use it in two ways:

  1. As a rub – It gives grilled chicken that signature gyro flavor.

  2. To make Tzatziki sauce – Just mix it with Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, and a drizzle of olive oil for a creamy, tangy topping.

How to Make It:

  1. Marinate the Chicken – Coat chicken breasts with Olivelle Sicilian Lemon olive oil and Olivelle Tzatziki seasoning, add Salt & Pepper, then grill until juicy and golden.

  2. Cook the Brown Rice – A hearty base that soaks up all the delicious flavors.

  3. Prep Your Toppings – Diced cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, and feta cheese. Options: add fresh Spinach, Dill or Olives.

  4. Make the Tzatziki Sauce – Stir 2T of the seasoning into 1 ½ Cup plain Greek yogurt, one garlic clove pressed, and ¼ grated cucumber with a splash of lemon juice and a drizzle of olive oil.  Salt & Pepper to taste.

  5. Assemble and Enjoy! – Pile everything into a bowl and drizzle with tzatziki for the perfect bite.
