The Bluapple One Year Refill Kit makes it easy to keep your fruits and vegetables fresh all year round! To refill your BluApple®, simply press the seam against a hard surface to pop it open. Replace the old packet, snap it back together, and you're good to go! The Bluapple® is designed to last three months, but heavy produce users may need to change the packet more often, while light produce users may find it lasts even longer. If you want to check the potency, use scissors to open a corner of the packet and check the color of the granules. Fresh and potent granules will be purple and white when crushed, but as they absorb and oxidize ethylene gas, they will turn completely brown. If the granules are brown, it's time to replace the packet. But if they still have some life left, go ahead and use them for longer! Just seal the packet with tape after checking the granules. Keep crushing and checking as needed!
