Frosty & Fancy: Preparing a Welcoming Winter Afternoon Tea with Shelby Cox - January, 15th, 2026

Embrace the warmth of a winter gathering with buttery scones, delicate tea sandwiches, and a tangy dessert perfect for brightening a chilly day. Learn the secrets to brewing the perfect pot of tea, along with etiquette and serving tips to create a welcoming  Afternoon Tea at home.

How Our Classes Work:

-Class will be held at Bekah Kate's Store, located at 117 3rd street in Downtown Baraboo.

• We must have a minimum of 6 participants in order to hold class. We can accommodate up to 18 participants. 

• You will be able to sample everything that is prepared during class, it may not be a full meal, but our guests usually don't leave hungry! 

• All participants receive 10% off store wide on the day of the class. Including Wine!

•  One complimentary glass of wine is included with the class. Additional wine may be purchased on site. Please call ahead if you have special request’s and we’d be happy to set something aside for you!

• Class will be primarily observation style with a hands on portion included by request or at the chef's discretion.  

• We must have payment in order to hold a seat, We are not able to reserve a spot for anyone without payment, no exception.

• Tickets are refundable up to 48 hours before class. After which, tickets are non-refundable. 

• Please make us aware, as soon as possible, of any allergies or special requirements for yourself or anyone you’re bringing with you and we’ll be happy to accommodate you.
