“Hedonist in moderation” is long how I’ve described myself and how I’ve felt about food. In the age of nutritionism more and more people are equating the words “healthy” and “wellness” with “unpalatable” and “boring”. Surely anything that that tastes decadent must also induce guilt? Not so. It’s seldom that simple. I’m a huge believer in pleasurable, delicious food that just happens to be nutritious and health supportive. Using wholesome, seasonal ingredients and thoughtful preparation, Hedonist in Moderation is all about a seamless union between health and mouthwatering meals.
